The first one I ordered did not work. I sent it back. The second one worked immediately. The grip is like a camera grip…easy to hold. The removable bluetooth shutter button worked great. I would prefer it fit larger phones better. My iPhone 12 Pro Max with its slim case just barely fits in the spring clamp. I think I would prefer a clamp that screws tight. I do recommend this item. I ordered one for my girlfriend.
